Invivo came to Translator presenting a couple of challenges specific to their website 1) their brand essence wasn’t well reflected 2) the site didn’t accurately portray the full spectrum of wellness assistance available and 3) the site was not easy to update.
Translator’s research with the Invivo team and their clients uncovered that clients have a very personal connection to their therapists and instructors, that could be better leveraged through stories on the website. And while clients were vaguely aware of services available at Invivo, making those service options readily accessible was a primary requirement for the experience design.
The solution was a site that leverages beautiful photography of the Invivo environment, cross-sells the variety of services in several promotional areas on the home page and within – but also details the service solutions in a new section called “Designing Wellness.” Personal Q/A with each of the providers demonstrates their expertise as well as Invivo’s unique approach to health and wellness. Lastly, a new Content Management System (CMS) and site integration with their class registration platform, has greatly simplified the internal communication and content update process. Invivo is very pleased with the overall business results which include: an increase on service inquiries, larger class enrollments and increased service & spa bookings.
