Invivo Wellness
Website Relaunch

Invivo came to Translator presenting a couple of challenges specific to their website 1) their brand essence wasn’t well reflected 2) the site didn’t accurately portray the full spectrum of wellness assistance available and 3) the site was not easy to update.

Translator’s research with the Invivo team and their clients uncovered that clients have a very personal connection to their therapists and instructors, that could be better leveraged through stories on the website. And while clients were vaguely aware of services available at Invivo, making those service options readily accessible was a primary requirement for the experience design.

The solution was a site that leverages beautiful photography of the Invivo environment, cross-sells the variety of services in several promotional areas on the home page and within – but also details the service solutions in a new section called “Designing Wellness.” Personal Q/A with each of the providers demonstrates their expertise as well as Invivo’s unique approach to health and wellness. Lastly, a new Content Management System (CMS) and site integration with their class registration platform, has greatly simplified the internal communication and content update process. Invivo is very pleased with the overall business results which include: an increase on service inquiries, larger class enrollments and increased service & spa bookings.

What’s in a name?

Milwaukee Brewing Co.

Milwaukee Brewing Company initially asked Translator for assistance with their digital platform, but we soon discovered that the greater need was for consistency in branding, product naming and packaging. After research was conducted with craft beer drinkers, distributors and retailers, their new brand and experience platform of “Brewing Local Pride” was created. Based on that platform, Translator developed branding & ID which included a new logo, color palette and iconography. The product naming strategy and packaging design was based on local MKE history, stories and characters. The new MKE Brewing Co. brand was launched and brought to life through the website experience design & site development where we tell the story of MKE and the MKE Brewing Co. through stories, video and community input.

Guinness Atkinson Funds – a mutual fund company with headquarters in LA and London, has a unique investment philosophy but had never clearly articulated their optimistic approach to investing. Based on understanding their investment strategy and corporate approach, Translator created the overarching brand platform of: “Investing in Human Progress”. To bring that to life, Translator then built a comprehensive digital experience platform which includes real-time storytelling and rationale differentiation. In addition, Translator has been involved in several new and successful product launches including product messaging, an email marketing campaign and OLA for the Renminbi Yuan & Bond Fund.

Onboarding made simple

Evolving new hire training
into ongoing learning

Pinstripe hires hundreds of new recruiters each year for their recruitment outsourcing clients and needs to quickly and consistently train the teams on their approach to recruiting, tools and technology. Since the brand experience at Pinstripe is a clear differentiator, Translator created a branded onboarding and learning experience for recruitment teams called “HIVE”. Now, new teams are quickly and easily able to learn about their new role and client details. Translator has also worked with Pinstripe to develop a new brand platform, campaign strategy and advertising concepts that clearly articulate their bold and unique market difference.
